A: All our estates are located on dry ground

Q: what is the size of the plots?

A: All our estate comes in three varieties:

Classic plots     – 50ft x 100ft appropriately 500/sq.

Deluxe plots    – Bigger than classic plot, come in various sizes and sold per square meters.

Commercial plots        – Come in classic and deluxe and sold per square meters

Q: Is the estates structure specific

A: Yes! In our estate you can only build bungalows or duplexes designed to your taste except on commercial plots where you can do otherwise.

Q: What does the price cover?

A: The money you pay covers plots/acre(s) within a fully fenced estate with government approved layout and global C of O. And you can get the land, the allocation paper, your individual survey, and a deed of assignment linking you with the estate C of O.

Q: Do I still pay money after this?

A1: Yes, you still have to pay a one-time developmental levy which covers for electricity, water, drainage and general area development. This will be fixed by the estate and is only payable when you want to start building your plots.

A2: When you pack in, all residents will also pay a monthly due to cover security and refuse disposal.

Q: Is it possible to get a corner piece or choose the plot I want

A: No, the estate board has the sole authority to allocate you they deem fit, however, you can make a request and it will be considered as a priority based on availability and other factors.

Q: How do we handle son of the soil (“Omo Onile”) problem?

A: All our projects are estate development, fully fenced with government approval and hence there is no problem with the “omo onile” because the estate has settled all that needs to be settled on your behalf.

Q: Have people started development in the area and within the estate?

A: Yes, developments have started in our estate and the other estates and projects like universities, factories etc. are being developed already. Few people have also started development within the estates. We also have plans to build bungalows for sales within the estate and plans for are in top gear already.

Q: Can I pay installment or do I have to pay at once?

A: We encourage one-time payment especially for plots and only consider installmental payments for acres; however, there is not guarantee of reserving plot for installmental payment. We refund your money if plots are finished before you complete payment, and if you default in the payment plan. WE EVEN CHARGED A 5% PENALTY FOR DEFAULTERS.

Q: What if I have financial need after purchasing the land can I get a refund?

A: Yes, you can but the expenses already incurred will be deducted from your principal paid.

Q: Can I leave my plot or acre as long as I desire and it will still be safe?

A: All allotees have a maximum of 5years after each estates commences to either resell or start development. Your allocation paper will state how long you have. Any unsold or undeveloped plot at the expiration of due time will be sold and your original money will be refunded.
